Ultimately, the mission of Robbins Risk Consulting and Training is to be a resource for you to fulfill your organization's mission, goals and objectives. Through our relationship, you will develop the resources necessary to realize a reduction in your operating expenses, and have in place strategies to address major areas of risk in your operations. My goal as your consultant and trainer is to assist you in reaching a level of independence and self-sustainability in managing and conducting your operations with minimal risk.
With the mission of RRCT in mind, please consider the basic services that RRCT provides: Consultation Services; Training Services; my Service Model; and the Prevention of Disability Discrimination in Employment (the Interactive Process).
Consultation Services
Consultation services consist of basically two components. First, assessment of your organization's current policies, procedures and their related operations and work practices. Second, based upon that assessment, recommendations as to any modifications, revisions or new policies, procedures and operating standards. Together we assess your situation given a particular topic or functional area of operation, determine your needs, and then develop a plan of action to address those needs. The plan of action may be something you implement within your organization utilizing resources available to you. If the plan includes training, we can enter into an agreement for RRCT to provide that training, or link you to training resources. It is also recommended for the contract to include a time-line for follow-up and evaluation of the effectiveness of what has been developed and implemented.
Training Services
Training services include the assessment of workforce or employee knowledge and experience base in functional areas of operations. Curriculum development is based upon that assessment. Delivery models include individual and group sessions in interpersonal and web-based interactive formats. Target personnel to receive services are primarily supervisory, middle and upper management. 
Service Model
The service model of RRCT is to be respectful of and work within your organizational structure and culture.
The basic service process is:
- Identification of operational areas of improvement, deficiencies or exposures to loss;
- Development and analysis of options or alternative techniques for the management and control of those areas;
- Recommendations and selection of the best techniques to implement; and
- Implementation and effectiveness evaluation of the selected technique(s).
Functional and operational areas of service include but are not limited to:
- Risk assessment, control and financing;
- General Liability—Bodily or Personal Injury;
- Employment Practices Liability;
- Strict or Legal liabilities;
- Property and Casualty;
- Loss control or prevention such as injury and illness prevention (IIPP), recruitment and selection, hazard communication, ergonomics, and job analysis;
- Workers' compensation program management including disability management or return-to-work programs; and
- The Prevention of Disability Discrimination in Employment (Interactive Process).
